"I visit OAX regularly for work. The onsite staff are helpful. I stayed in another unit about 6 weeks ago. It was basic and clean. Nothing fancy but served the purpose. The one I'm currently in (#12) smells like urine. It's in a corner without easy access to a car. I value consistency. And don't want to chance getting this room again. And will seek another place for the future."

"The host is great person, properly is well designed, properly is in great location (close to parks, variety of restaurants around, etc.), second building from an intercession with a lot of traffic which creates a lot of noise all day and part of the night, also at about 3:00 am clean up go through the street pulling containers on metal wheels creating a lot of noise and the parking lot is about 30 meters from the apartment which is open from 8:00 am till 7:00 pm which is a disadvantage for me!"
