Great stay at the Bay Club Resort
Another great stay at the Bay Club Resort, we do come here often. They are constantly updating and renovating the property, it is a pet friendly resort which is great. Our dog loves this place.

Cozy waterfront condo
Cozy waterfront condo. The condo is dated but clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The staff were nice and helpful.

Arrived at property at 5pm. There was no one at property check-in and there was a sign to call phone number for Room# and code. Received Room #104. Walked into the room and room had bad odor. There was an odor eliminator can/device left on the living room coffee table. In addition, there were stains as if something was spilled all over the living room wall area. I called the number to get another room they then assigned me to Room #105. Room smelled much better but when I went into the second bedroom there was black on the ceiling above the vent area. Which looked like mold. I then tried to call the phone number again at 5:58pm and I got their answering service which informed me that no one was available. I told them I no longer wanted to stay at the condo due to a lack of cleanliness and they told me to call back in the morning regarding a refund. So I then proceeded to find other accommodations. When I called back the next day they said they did not see anything wrong with Room #104. They did acknowledge the black above the vent in Room #105. They refunded me everything except the first nights rate because they felt the original room was acceptable. I further complained and then forwarded over pictures from both rooms. Now they are saying that Room #105 was not mold and they still are not refunding the first night's rate. Rooms on the first floor of this property are very old, dated and not maintained properly.

We are very sorry that your experience at the Bay Club was poor. We did agree there was black dust and dirt above the vent, this is due to being on the bay. This was not mold and was wiped away with a rag. We do apologize that was not attended to by housekeeping prior to your arrival. We are set to close down the resort and do renovations.

The shower curtains were dirty. One of the locks didn’t work on the door. There was no hot water. I killed flies on flies upon entry and exit. The living room tv didn’t work. The indoor pool was filthy. The list goes on. However with minimum communication with the staff they seemed polite. Check in and check out was easy. Good luck

We had a lovely stay at the Bay Club. While there are upgrades to the resort that need to be made, our room was clean and the staff was very nice. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the beach and amusements and the view of the bay was gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedding and carpeting seemed to be newer and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place!
Great trip. Nice location and unit. I brought linens because it said they were not provided but they were. Nice surprise but a lot of unnecessary packing! Otherwise no complaints.

Unbeatable bay view, well appointed, very clean, spacious unit, great price, easy walk to beach. Hot tub was only lukewarm however.

Nice, affordable place for families
We really enjoyed our stay at the bay club resort! Everything was clean and enjoyable. We’re a large family and did not feel overly squished in the apartment. It was a nice laid back environment. We loved the pier. The only small improvement I would’ve made would be to the mattress in the master bedroom and sofa bed. They were both fairly worn out and not super comfortable. Other than that, we had a great time there and enjoyed it very much.

No pool and no Starbucks as advertised. No in person front desk. Our door combo changed we weren’t notified and locked out for a period of time. The place was vert dated and not kept up, very different from the pictures.

We are very sorry for your experience. We do not advertise a Starbucks and are not sure where you saw this. As for the pool, we are very sorry and are governed by the local restrictions due to COVID.
