I really enjoyed my stay at the Divi All Inclusive. The hotel staff were nice but the service at the inclusive restaurants was mediocre. A must try is Ginger at the Tamarijn!

As positives, the property has an excellent beach area. The resort is also very walkable. The quality of the food is average to above average. The drinks in the common areas are average and the drinks in the restaurants are excellent. As opportunities for improvement, the check-in process is by far the worst we have experienced. You don't feel welcome at arrival and we stood in the heat in line for well over an hour before being checked-in. The common areas of the resort are dated and are in need of renovations. Entertainment in the evening is also below average.

Plenty of pools depending on if you wanted to be in the main area with music or tucked away in a little area in between buildings. Food was great. Went to the coffee shop every morning, the croissants were amazing. Would have liked to see all the bars offer some kind of snack instead of just the pizza at the pool bar. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Best all-inclusive resort. Excellent food, very clean, wonderful staff, and nice sandy beach location. I would stay at this resort again. Highly recommend.

We had a blast, the accommodations were good. It’s an older build but hey I wasn’t there for the room, the beach bars and restaurants were everything. We took a personal tour with Cross Aruba tours. Jelle our guide pulled up in a Hummer, and took us on a personal tour all over Aruba.

No availability for dinner times; we attempted on two separate days to book couple massages with online app, only to arrive and be told time slot was not available. Every morning we were woken up by the cleaning staff talking loudly outside our room. Most of the staff were not friendly or helpful. Bed was a thin mattress on top of wooden boards. Would not recommend.

We traveled with a group consisting of 18 people which were a mix of teenagers and adults. Arrangements and communication with hotel prior to arrival was not good but upon arrival they were very helpful and accommodating with rooms and dinners. Unfortunately they didn’t respond to requests before we got there so they had us spread out all over the property and a couple of the families with more people got put in small tight rooms. Having said that staff was more than helpful in resolving. Food was amazing place and beach amazing. Unfortunately for us there was nothing to do other than beach. Not any activities whatsoever no pool games, bingo or trivia. Absolutely no entertainment with the exception of music a couple days which was terrible and unappealing and the activity room, gym spa were located at Tam which was very inconvenient so the only thing that we utilized was gym. Very disappointed in lack of entertainment. If they resolve this, it would have been the best trip ever!
