Es la 3era vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. Esta muy bien, pero tuvimos la desagradable sorpresa de oir durante 4 noches, como los vecinos de arriva arrastraban muebles o sillas o yo que se durante la madrugada. Intentaron poner solucion de una manera muy correcta pero no hubo manera. Para mi en el hotel hay demasiados niños, y esa tranquilidad que uno busca, quizás no es el mejor sitio para ir. La decisión esta en nosotros.

El hotel me gusto , la playa es importante saberlo es un arrecife de coral es importante llevar careta y zapatos para disfrutarla , el personal muy atento , el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue la demora para arreglar la habitación , que en nuestro caso que fuimos por pocos días para descansar de un largo viaje es muy molesto ,

Demasiado grande para mi gusto
El hotel se aprovecha de su distancia a 3km de Patong. Dice ofrecer un transfer gratis al centro de la ciudad, pero lamentablemente solo son 4 frecuencias y por la tarde que es cuando la gente quiere ir, es de pago, y las dos horas que sale el bus es a las 15 y las 21 y encima es de pago. Si alguien quiere ir a horas distintas tiene que pagar 300 baths, que está claro que son coches del hotel, por lo tanto, un puro negocio, lamentable. Pisicna excepcional, y staff impecable.

In general, this hotel is really great. Specially, the stuff is very friendly and really nice in their hospitality. The only critical thing like in all other Marriott hotels worldwide is the lousy music. Who in this group that coming from three different sides is nice for the guests

Beautiful resort, staff are friendly, polite, professional and helpful. The resort has the private beach access but quite rocky (but also still can swim and do snorkel). So many activities to catch up whole day and everyday. Happy hour applied to many resort's bars from the afternoon daily. The resort is 15 mins drive from Patong main area. You need transports to travel between hotel to other places (highly reccommened to rent a car or motorbike as taxi services are expensive).

4日間滞在しました。 プールの数も多く、部屋、朝食共に　子連れ家族にオススメ出来るホテルです。 周りにコンビニ、マッサージ屋、レストランがない為、毎回パトンまで出て食事や買い物をしました。 大きな不便はないですが、もう少しシャトルバスの数が多いと良いかと思いました。

My wife and I stayed at the resort for our honeymoon and we couldn't of been happier with out choice of resort. We had a ocean view room which had a great view. The resort has three great pools, with a good amount of sunbeds. The all inclusive pacakge is a must if you plan to mostly eat and drink at the resort like we did. The inclusive drink list has a good variety including cocktails. In terms of eating you are not limited by choice of restaurant as all restaurants are included in the package, with only a few high price items having a surcharge. Nina from the food and beverage team was amazing and organised a magical final dinner on the beach for us, which was incredible. Could not recommend this resort more.

The sea in front the beach was impraticable due to the excessive rocks present, the sunbeds on the beach were few, occupied even without the presence of people, no bars open after midnight, empty minibar, 5 year old child paying as an adult but forced to sleep in his parent's bed, obliged to pay upon reaching an amount of 10.000 bht before being able to put new expenses on the room account again, the shuttle to Patong runs few times and never after 8 pm!. These shortcomings lower the positivity of the hotel.

Very nice resort hotel located on its own private bay. Great for families and there were lots of kids. Although I enjoyed this resort very much I would of rather stayed in Patong. I was here to see Phuket area. I was traveling with another adult so the kid part I could of done without but not that I don't like kids! We did get a stomach bug and was down for over 24 hrs. I don't think it was the food but probably the kids. The rooms were big and spacious. They do have craft beers. They provide for a fee transportation to town but taxis are easily obtainable.
