I understand that this may appear confusing, however, please note that you have not been charged twice.I would also like to clarify that our establishment is a hotel and spa, which offers guests the option to book appointments at our on-site spa. That being said, it is important to note that we are not a typical spa-like atmosphere, but rather a unique, boutique property with a beautiful rooftop and relaxing pool.I hope that this provides some clarity and reassurance. Following our renovations, we sincerely hope that you will consider returning to experience our improved facilities.
