Pagamos para una habitación de tres y una de dos y nos pusieron unos en el 1er nivel y mi esposo y yo en la 3ra; aún explicándoles que tenía problemas de rodilla y que tenía 3 años sin ver a mis hijos y los quería al lado no nos cambiaron; que eso era y punto; aún habiendo capacidad en el hotel. Muy nice que varias actividades acuáticas estaban incluidas.
