"El hotel en general me pareció que estaba muy bien, aunque apenas pudimos disfrutarlo, ya que sólo estuvimos unas horas. Al adelantar nuestro vuelo no pudimos desayunar allí, por lo que pedimos que nos prepararan un picnic, que resultó muy malo. El sandwich de dos pisos sólo llevaba relleno en uno de ellos, el otro era sólo pan. Además, un paquetito de galletas maría, un plátano y una botella de agua. Por lo que había pagado por el desayuno ya se podían haber esmerado un poco más en el picnic."

"There's a bit of false advertising with this place. There are actually 2 hotel/apartments and one is nicer than the other. They should be listed separately. I do not recommend the rooms that say "Portillo" because those are actually a different building, about a 9 minute walk away from the main one --> not fun with suitcases. "If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "

"We were flying from Israel to the USA and had a lay over in Madrid for 13.5 hours. I reserved our room and it was perfect! Walkable, located at the airport, we had a hot shower and nice bed. They also have a nice breakfast in the morning. You do have to go thru passport control but for US citizens it is easy. Take the tram to T4 and it’s located there. Reserve earlier cause they book up fast! "
