Floors were creaky, but the rooms were nice. It was close to the royal mile but there was no easy way to get there without going up a very steep hill. Still, I’d stay again without hesitation.

Except for having to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs, this was a very nice place to stay. It had all the conveniences of home! It was quiet, near transportation and within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile! We had a fantastic time in Edinburgh❤️

"One cannot ask for a better guest experience. The hospitality staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel rooms badly need a refresh. The beds are worn as you can feel the springs under you. The closet doors are off the rails. The heater does not work"
