I got texts from the hotel saying to text if anything was needed, but no one ever returned my texts, nor did they ever answer the phone. I prepaid through hotels.com, and usually do not have to wait for a room more than 5 minutes. For whatever reason, the night clerk had problems with the computer, and I had to wait in a freezing hallway for 20 minutes. I had a wheelchair user with me, and the only way I could get onto our floor was by opening a heavy door that had no handicap switch, and no way to hold it open. I struggled greatly to get him inside, and there was no way a person alone in a chair could have handled it.
