All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay
We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

Muito bom o serviço prestado.
O atendimento, equipe de entretenimento, comida e bebida tudo excelentes. As crianças se divertem o dia todo com a equipe, os restaurantes sempre com comidas deliciosas e quentinhas, bar de piscina excelente com profissionais rindo o tempo todos. O local do hotel é lindo e muito calmo. Durante o carnaval houve uma programação especial, houveram shows todas as noites para as crianças e adultos. Fiquei surpreendido com os serviços prestados.

Surpresa pois a expectativa estava baixa
Passamos o ano novo no hotel, a festa foi bem organizada e a comida e entretenimento foram bons, as bebidas tambem, sempre geladas e de qualidade principalmente os coqueteis, cairipinjas etc Estrutura falta modernizar Cardapio apesar de ser suficiente enjoa pois naos muda muito, mas amamos o tempero Incluiria coisas mais chiques pois servir presunto em uma diaria de 2300 reais nao acho legal, esperava no minimo um presunto parma, peito peru, algo assim. A praia eh linda excepcional, agua muito quente, calma e limpa, porem na frente do hotel do lado de fora , ficam ambulantes e barracas que tapam toda a vista da praia, nao gostamos apesar de saber que a praia eh publica e eles devem ter licenca pra funcionar.

Reforma urgente e melhorar a comida
Hotel antigo, precisando urgente de reformas. O box do banheiro vazava durante o banho para a área seca, Wi-Fi não funcionava nos quartos. Ficamos hospedamos 5 dias e um dos banheiros da piscina estava sem porta e assim permaneceu, informações desencontradas dos funcionários a respeito de direito de reserva nos restaurantes à lá carte, hotel desprovido de lixeiras com descartes para recicláveis. Na internet informava que o hotel oferecia amenidades nos quartos e só tinha sabonete e xampu, mesmo nossa reserva sendo em suíte. Questionei e fui informada que isso aconteceu devido à pandemia, mas permanece até agora. A comida do serviço de Buffet durante o almoço e jantar eram muito ruins.

Fiz uma viagem com esposa e um filha de 1 ano e 7 meses. É um excelente resort, com praia praticamente privativa, piscina para várias idades, muitas atividades ao longo do dia e noite, muita opção de comida e ótima qualidade. Eu gostei muito. Apenas senti que para pequenas crianças, podia ter mais brinquedos e algum espaço que pudesse brincar que fosse coberto. E a internet no quarto era instável, ora funcionando bem ora ficando lenta.

Amamos a acomodação e a recepção.
Excelente acomodação e recepção, os restaurantes são ótimos e possui muitas opções para crianças, inclusive para alimentação de bebês que estão na introdução alimentar (muito boas as opções). Muitas atividades, café da manhã muito bom e com opções razoáveis de cervejas (mesmo.com muito movimento, a cerveja estava sempre gelada).
