"This is the first time I had stayed at this property. It was recommended by another family member. Location, service, and experience were all outstanding. I can't wait to return! The staff members at the Grand Hyatt were so wonderful. We were treated so well by all, especially Bryan. Bryan provided such outstanding service - our entire family was there and everyone thought the same about Bryan. What a gem and an asset to the Grand Hyatt Vail!!"
