After checking in the lobby inside Real Palace Hotel (had a bunch of mosquitoes at the waiting area), we went to our room on the 12th floor. WOW was the room completely different than what the pictures show.. It was disgusting. There were 2 beds and the sheets had stains all over. We then used the bathroom and turned on the faucet and guess what? Water just went through the sink and right onto the ground. The pipe was that messed up. Cabinets and everything looked old and unclean. Walls were dirty. The bath area does not looks like something that belongs to a building that is 1.5 blocks away from famous Copacabana beach at all. Of course we then had to go back down to the lobby to request for another room and luckily they gave us another room immediately that was in decent shape compared to the first one. Another thing that could be improved is the air conditioning machine is REALLY REALLY LOUD so get ready for that. Secondly, We were on the 14th level and there was no wifi that could reach us so we had to use our local sim card that we bought. What we liked at this "hotel" is the breakfast. There were a lot of variations mainly consisting of fruits/pastries/breads and just your typical breakfast with different eggs styles. Service overrall is pretty good, they speak english and try to accommodate you.

Cheguei uma hora antes do check-in e não permitiram o acesso ao quarto. Teria que pagar uma taxa que era quase equivalente a meia diária. Pedir p deixar a mala na recepção enquanto saía para almoçar. Tbm fui surpreendido com a cobrança de R$40. O quarto em que fui acomodado, tinha cheiro de mofo, minha garganta apresentou reação logo no dia seguinte (tive que procurar atendimento médico) o quarto também tinha um vazamento pelo Box ao tomar banho. Deixando o resto do banheiro totalmente molhado. A cama, tinha um buraco no meio.. e,por fim, o quarto ficava em frente ao elevador.. e por ser antigo, a cada chamada, ele fazia um barulho enorme. Reclamei na mesma noite. Entretanto, o problema só foi resolvido dois dias depois

Pior experiencia que tive em hotel no Rio
Foi Péssima, o local para tomar cafe horrivel, todas as mesas juntas , temos que sentar lado a lado em um espaço pequeno, pessoas em pé esperando, cafe sem variedade, tive que descer na recepção pra pedir para limpar o quarto. No quarto não como como se comunicar com o hotel na recepção. Pior experiencia que ja tive em um hotel no RIO

A hospedagem ocorreu de 14 a 17 de dezembro para 3 hospedes. Viajei para participar de evento, então o quarto foi usado para banho e sono. No geral as acomodações foram excelentes. Troca das toalhas foram diárias e a limpeza ok. Com destaque para o Sr. Raimundo, garçom que realizou o serviço de buffet do café da manhã e para o recepcionista Thiago. Parabens pelo profissionalismo, pronto atendimento aos hospedes e simpatia excepcional!

2º andar do Sausalito não é bom.
O hotel é ótimo. Já havia me hospedado nos andares mais acima, onde o andar todo é do hotel. Porém dessa vez me colocaram no 2º andar. Só tem um quarto de hotel e o resto parece ser moradia. O conforto do quarto foi bom. Mas tem janela para uma área muito feia, além de ter cheiro de gordura e comida devido aos vizinhos. E também cheiro de cigarro. No geral, sempre gosto de me hospedar no Sausalito, o atendimento é bom, café da manhã é bom, a localização é boa. Mas dessa vez, a experiência no 2º andar não foi boa. Espero ter uma experiência melhor nas próximas.

Apartamento reformado com todo conforto ao menos no 605 em que fiquei. Nao aconselhado para cadeirante pois tem escada para chegar no primeiro andar como nao sabia precisei carregar no colo meu filho. Mas cafe da manha muito bom e atendentes sempre solistos.

No checkin fomos informados que tinha um problema com nosso quarto e fomos alocados em outro hotel na mesma rua, este apesar de ser de uma categoria melhor era velho e superlotado. No dia seguinte tivemos que sair e vir para o Sausalito que ainda não estava pronto, então ficamos no hotel ao qual o sausalito pertence, foi bom porque o café da manhã é nesse predio. As instalações também são antigas, mas é razoavel e o café da manhã é muito bom. A localização também é boa.
