This is a cute motel that has been updated with tile floors throughout the room. Clean and comfortable beds. Blackout curtains. Easy in and out for a quick stay. I bought 2 funny shot glasses from the office.

If it wasn't for the alien-themed imagery and promotion and very reasonable pricing, this place would be an otherwise completely forgettable roadside motel. It was convenient location wise and the rooms have been updated and noticeably clean. They really should do something about the front of the property, though, which makes the property look pretty ghetto.

I stayed at the hotel two days before and liked it so much that I came back once travelling back through Roswell. However, when booking the motel nowhere was I warned about that the place would be actively under construction with bulldozers taking off a part of the office building. If I had known that I wouldn't have booked but it was too late and I couldn't cancel. We had to park out of eyesight from the motel and were told to move to a certain spot because of construction equipment. However, when told to move back, we then had to get up extremely early to move the car again because the construction crew were there and coming a bit too close to the parked cars. Not only that, but we were put in a room that was right up against the construction meaning that we were woken up at 6am. At the very least if I couldn't cancel, it would have been nice to be put in a room that was far away from the noise as well as safety concerns. Additionally, not sure if it was the destroyed materials or what, but the outside of the motel smelled terribly of urine. This place is very cute, clean, and affordable but I would check with them to see if they're still undergoing renovations before booking.

A cute little motel that's being remodeled/revamped to be more modern. It's very simple and to the point with the basics you need. I hope that once fully remodeled that they lean more into their Roswellian/Alien themes including sticking with green accents/etc

It is an old style motel but the rooms are updated and everything is fine. Air conditioning is very strong. TV, refrigerator & Microwave. All good.

It was a nice and clean place for the price. The beds were pretty comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The overhead lights in the room were extreme. I wish they had some besides lamps so that I could read in bed. The overhead lights were so harsh that I ended up just sitting the dark and going to sleep early. :(

My husband and I took a road trip from Texas to NM then to the four corners and then to Colorado.. this was our first night stay I booked before we ever left Texas. I read all reviews for the past few months and I have to say it was exactly what I thought we were getting! The bed was sooo comfortable! It was super clean l, staff was so pleasant and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in that location! Thank you very much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Picked this place for a quick night’s sleep on a road trip and loved the play on the alien theme. It doesn’t look like much from outside but we were pleasantly pleased with the accommodations!

Property was okay. We had a dog so we had to search for a dog walk area. The biggest problem was the room next to us continued smoking weed which drifted into our room constantly. Nice headache from pot-heads who were inconsiderate. There were signs everywhere saying no smoking, including MJ. I would stay again but check the room first.

Very basic motel with clean room. Given the price it is a good value. My only complaint is the so-called breakfast where only juice/coffee and donuts are offered. In the end it is better to offer no breakfast so we can plan ahead than having to find another breakfast place last minute.

Cute motel close to lots of things on the main street if Roswell. The area around the motel isn't the nicest but the staff was nice and quick checking in, and the room was pretty clean and quiet.

The Roswell Inn is not a corporate chain motel. It is a family owned motel in a town that has embraced the legendary 1947 Roswell Space craft crash and the accompanying alien storyline. Di has playfully renovated an older 1940’s style motel to modern day standards with a genuine welcoming attitude. The high quality bed, linens & pillows comforted us after a long days drive. The property & room was very clean. It was nice to park our car right outside the room for ease of loading & unloading and security. Room lighting is bright, bathroom fixtures all new, a microwave & refrigerator were a nice touch. We enjoyed our overnight stay and chat with Di. We try to frequent individual or family owned properties or historical hotels over corporate chains and found the Roswell Inn a perfect crash site for our night in Roswell, NM.

This was an unexpected choice as we typically stay at chain hotels. So glad we didn’t stick to our norm. Brought back memories of traveling as a kid when we parked right in front of our room. The room was clean and recently updated. Staff is super nice. They even had coffee, donuts fruit and yogurt. If you ever travel to Roswell, this is the hotel to make your stay fit the Alien experience .
