“Mandatory valet parking is not only inconvenient, it is also a rip off with the valets expecting tips. At these room rates, and mandatory resort fees, tipping should be discouraged with prominent signage and the valets should be instructed to turn down tips.”

“It’s an older hotel that has unique charm and is well maintained. The staff is excellent and extremely accommodating. Some small things such as the curtains and an outlet needed attention but our overall experience was great. The location is excellent if you don’t want to rent a car and just walk the town. ”

“The hotel was very walkable to downtown Santa Fe. I have a car so this was great. The hotel itself was good, but the pool had some construction around it even tho it was open. They changed out the lounge chair pads while I was there and didn’t leave enough for people to lay on. Interior carpets show wear. My room was very dark - the lighting needs upgraded. But otherwise clean and nice. ”
