Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great—just about everything in SF is walking distance. It’s an older property and you can hear your neighbors if they are loud. Outside rooms can get street noise. She was on point with all my questions and provided me with some great recommendations during our stay. Thank you Becky, it was a pleasure meeting and chatting with you after our arrival!🤗 Our deluxe room was clean and very comfortable. The daily breakfast that was included in our stay was cooked to order and tasty. The front desk staff, most dining staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was centrally located to the historic downtown plaza and if we return again in the future we will definitely book a stay here again. Breakfast and parking were super convenient. Location was perfect for being able to walk to everything. Our room was comfortable. We loved the amenities including the free parking, pool, sherry and cookie hour, and breakfast that was included with our stay. Our girls loved playing chess and checkers in the lobby. The hotel is truly a gem in the middle of Santa Fe. There was an incident involving our family and another guest at the pool (that was out of the hotel’s control) but the staff, including Sam, the general manager, was very helpful regarding this. Overall, we definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family who visit Santa Fe in the future.
