Perfect location and host
I truly recommend this place. The apartment is right on the beach and very close to San Juan and El Yunque National Forest. The restaurant selection in the area is very good and varied. The beach is beautiful. The pool was also great, great size and warm water. We enjoyed our stay very much. A perfect place for our family of 3. The host is also very responsive and helpful.

Where can I begin with how amazing of a spot and host, this place is. I would recommend to any one or stay myself when I visit again. The location is great, the place was super clean and inviting. The house keeper does an amazing job. My host responded when needed and was more than accommodating. The property staff were super helpful and friendly. Just an amazing vacation place and I didn’t realize how much r&r I actually needed until the tranquility of the place and views from it set in.

GREAT STAY IN ISLA VERDE
This large studio is located in Isla Verde, and is within a short walking distance of restaurants (both fine dining and fast food), a CVS pharmacy, and a supermarket (Pueblo). It's a quick trip to Old San Juan or the malls. I particularly recommend The Mall of San Juan, a small but very elegant upscale mall located about a 10-minute Uber ride from the apartment. The apartment has a balcony with a side view of the ocean, and the beach is just out the back door. The check-in process was super-easy. I particularly appreciated that the owner let me store my bags after checkout, since I had a 6:00 p.m. flight going home. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you, William!

A short respite after a busy stay on Vieques.
The property proved to be exactly what we'd hoped for. We could sleep to the sound of the ocean, see it from our balcony, was close to many restaurants within walking distance (we did not rent a car) and we could walk along the beach first thing in mornings! The unit was well equipped including coffee and filters, an umbrella, great beach chairs and towels and very clean and tidy. Our host was a dream; patient with our endless questions, kind and funny!

My 40th bday in Puerto Rico
William has been nothing but wonderful on accommodating my husband and I. With all the extra’s in the room like coffee,sugar,toiletries or was nice to not have to go out and buy everything. With Hurricane Fiona passing buy he was very accommodating and checked on us several times. Definitely recommend staying here, beach was perfect and restaurants all within walking distance.

Perfect property in perfect location
This property was perfect for our stay on Isla Verde beach. I stayed here with my 18 year old daughter and her friend. The location was better than we were expecting…5 minute Uber from the airport and 10 minute Uber from Old San Juan. Steps to the beach and the cvs is right across the street for snacks, toiletries, ice and liquor. We walked to lunch and dinner everyday and never felt unsafe being 3 women. Beach chairs, small beach towels and coolers were waiting and ready in the room, along with some sunscreen and basic shower necessities. The balcony has a great view of the beach on one side and the “city” on the other. I would book this property again in a heartbeat! Communication with our host, Will, was immediate and attentive. He was great!!

This was our first time visiting PR and it was just amazing! William was so accommodating and helpful he recommended us a great spot to check out while we waited to check in early. The view was amazing from the place especially the breeze from the balcony coming in it was so relaxing and safe especially if you were walking at night it still felt very safe and close to so many restaurants and the beach. Will definitely book again. 10/10

Amazing Experience
It was my first time in PR and I really enjoyed my time at Will’s unit. The view is amazing , the location is central to everything you may need during your stay, and also not far to Uber to places like old San Juan , and other beaches . Will was beyond helpful, literally only 1 text away for any questions or concerns. The unit had many basic necessities already in the room. Coffee, sunscreen, beach chairs. The area is secure and safe , you literally need a key to access the premises which was a plus for me being that I stayed alone at the unit. I enjoyed every minute . Looking forward to booking again . Thanks for you hospitality Will! Until next time !

Fantastic Host!!
The property was great, and the host is the best host I've stayed with! So responsive and helpful! I hope to stay with Will again in the future! Location on the beach is great, and the building security is really nice. Huge pool. Building is older, but this unit has been nicely remodeled recently.

Everything was perfect! The room was great, the location is amazing with tons to do within walking distance and the beach is just a few foot steps away which also offers several different excursions. Highly recommend this unit, you won’t regret it.

Right on the beach & awesome host
Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The balcony is a nice place to sit and enjoy the view when we were having our morning coffee and also after dinner. The place is literally steps from the beach. There were few beach chairs in the apt which we were glad to find and used when going to the beach. There was some constructions going on in the building, but they seem to only start after 9 am so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The apartment is as advertised and even exceed our expectations in many ways. Definitely would book here again if coming back to the area.
