I loved everything about the stay . Especially the view . Me and my husband had an amazing peaceful trip. The beach is not to far from the hotel Costa Bahia . The breakfast was good as well. The people who worked in costa maya were so nice . Overall will definitely be coming back.

Very convenient location. Price is appropriate for what you get in comparison with other hotels nearby. Great breakfast. Access to parking is a hassle. Hotel should provide transportation to parking.

The security guard who was on duty when we arrived was very sweet and he was the same one who checked us out . (We arrived after 11pm and left at 3:30am. 06/11-06/15. We will definitely be back. ❤️

All good but the only concern I’d say is time for check in and check out excessive long. One person at desk and while they assisting another customer, they don’t talk to guest in line there nor offered if guess has quick question or something quick they can assist. I was waiting for luggage in storage room, but I had to wait 40 minutes to have desk person talk to me for less than minute task.

Property is nice, rooms are nice, comfortable, clean. The area was safe I felt secure. Staff was great! Specially the security guards, theyre so patient. This was my first time in PR, I would stay here again anytime.

Very spacious bathroom's and rooms. Everything was very clean, the staf so helpful. Parking around with a discount. Breakfast was hot with many choices, and a very suculent buffet. We have a room with a beautiful view to the lagoon and to the ocean. We have stayed at this hotel many times and wil be repeating.

No tiene un área de estacionamiento de facil acceso, el multipiso no está bien rotulado. De los empleados con los cuales tuvimos contacto solamente 3 fueron amables y corteses. El área del restaurante queda en otro edificio y los alimentos del desayuno no sabían muy buenos.
