The hotel structure is ok, the rooms are super small and the air conditioning is not working we where move to a different room and it was the same. Now let’s talk about outside, we got there at around 8:00pm they closed the streets there is super loud music, loud cars and motorcycles, prostitution. And we carried our luggage through all that. HORRIBLE

The staff at this hotel was awesome. But the area outside was very noisy, crowded with loud music and drunk people hanging outside until 3AM every night. I got no sleep because of the noise outside my room window.

The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel front desk was amazing and went out of their way making sure I was pleased with service. You felt welcome and appreciated for being a patron. Warm smiles, kind words and pleasant greetings always come my way when I reach the lobby or I come inside the clean cafeteria for a free breakfast. It is a stay certainly worth doing again. Much Gratitude to Hotel Vincentina
The staff was welcoming and friendly which made they stay feel personalized. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The transportation service to the hotel was 5 star. This staff did not leave out one detail. The Wi-Fi was good. We will return at our next year anniversary just because of the hospitality shown by each staff member. I loved how close we were to the beach and how we could walk to nearby restaurants. I’m grateful that this team made our experience and memories beyond what we could have asked. Very thankful for such a beautiful week at Hotel Vicentina.

The hotel itself is very nice. Clean, staff is good, friendly and helpful. The room is a little small but okay. The area seems to be a tourist area to me so I would call it considerably safe. There are a lot of pubs and bars around so it's a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. There are some beaches close but I was there for business so I could not go around. The only bad thing I would say is the hot water. There was no hot water. The reason I did not give the low rating is the breakfast. They make it hot with your order and very very delicious.
