The hotel and its facilities were very good. Staff, room, breakfast were fine. The one issue is- they need more sound insulation from the road outside, it is very noisy.

Great location, very helpful and professional staff at reception. Having a lift was unexpected bonus for properties in this area. However room triggered severe allergic rhinitis for those sensitive to allergens.

The hotel was in a great location. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Our tiny room #12 was off of the lobby, and soundproofing was non-existent. We could hear guests coming and going whenever we were in the room, and the volume from the reception was very loud. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bedding was dirty, particularly the white’ish coverlets on top of the bed, they were filthy! Dead flies on the bathroom floor were a bit of a turn-off too. In the morning the breakfast selection was extremely limited but it would have got us by. Only problem was that we were put off by the mold on the chocolate loaf that my husband unwrapped, which understandably put us off of eating any of the other options. Wouldn’t stay there again but would definitely look for another hotel in the same area.

Hotel is centrally located in great area and is very walkable to main attractions. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Only negative was their breakfast was a little sparse; recommend visiting one of the local cafes instead.

Quaint Gem in Seville
Wonderful little hotel. A definite 9+ or 4.5 right up front. There is no bad location in Seville. It's stunningly beautiful and safe everywhere. Hotel Europa is an older established structure, but very clean, modern, and wonderfully furnished with modern amenities. The staff was a ten across the board for courtesy, efficiency, responsiveness, and service. They speak excellent English. The location is within easy walking distance to every major site in the city, including the Hop-on/off bus, and several wonderful tapas bars. The price was very inexpensive. The WiFi was easy to access and was reliable with a strong signal. The rooms are individually climate-controlled with clean, modern and eco-friendly bathrooms. Breakfast was available and, though light, it was fulfilling and fresh daily: pastries, fruits, juices, cereals, hot beverages, meats and cheeses. Though it is on a narrow alley-like cobblestone street, a taxi can easily drop you or pick you up right at the curb. The taxi ride to the airport is approximately 20 minutes and about 10-15 minutes from Santa Justa train station. We will definitely stay at Hotel Europa again whenever we travel to Seville. Simply lovely.

Nice classy hotel in the city centre
The hotel is just in the city centre, few minutes walk to all main attractions. Parking for the car is available nearby. Rooms are big and furnished in old style, but all is very nice and I had a feeling like I am in an Hercule Piirot movie or in the best days of Alhambra. Staff is extra nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a really nice stay.

Wonderful quaint hotel in the heart of Seville. The staff was friendly, the room and bed was very comfortable, and even the breakfast was nice. Be aware there is a little construction going on, but it did not bother me a bit. Thanks again, and I look forward to returning here!
