There was some inconsistencies with the staff. The lady checking us in gave us different hours for the outdoor pool than the guy who came by during check in, which were both different than the hours posted on the door. Breakfast the first day was scant. The person restocking wasn't refilling most things that ran out the first day. There were two people working the second day, and they did a much better job keeping everything stocked. There were considerable more options the second day.

What did I like? Well, check-in was fine and the gentleman was really quite helpful. Also, the beds were comfy and the shower was good with enough hot water. What didn't I like? The ice maker was broken, the room phone didn't work, and the electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The 2nd night, the TV wouldn't turn on--because the phone didn't work, had to walk to front desk to report it. The guy said he was the only one working and would get to it "when he could". Went back to the room--waited a half hour--nothing. Had to walk back to front desk and this time I had to get rude to get his attention--gave him 10 minutes to get our problems fixed. He then came up right away--was very abrupt--did fix the TV but the rest of the problems he just made note of and left. My impression was that the place was grossly understaffed.

Room was not ready to check in at 4pm; came back after reunion ~12am and it took a super long time to check in even though I had booked through Expedia/prepaid; no elevators (I am disabled); hotel was desolate... seemed like I was only person there; when I went to get breakfast at 9am on Sunday, there were no eggs and I was told they ran out hours ago (only hotel staff were eating). The most aggravating part is there are only super small coffee cups with no lids so had to immediately leave to get breakfast and decent coffee. Do not trust Expedia ratings!!

Fairly clean, bathroom and beds ok. Aircon is good but a little loud. No outdoor pool but a nice indoor pool. Gym is sparse but it’ll do. Laundry facilities good. Staff a little slow in replacing fire alarm battery so we had to change rooms. Breakfast left much to be desired. No waffles or pancakes. No bacon ever only sausage. No milk for cereal on my last day. Bananas on my first day and none the rest of the time, and only stale apples. No other fruits. No fresh oatmeal. Very sparse. Coffee, decaf coffee, and teas pretty good and available 24 hours.

The AC mounted above my bed leaked on me. No water pressure and no hot water. I was able to move to a room more towards the front of building and AC and Shower were fine. In subsequent stay the AC would not stay running and room was warm. Have stayed there several times in the past without issue. Seems to have gone downhill in the last few years. Also, front desk guy wreaked of marijuana...

We basically checked in, went to our room and decided to bail. The room was outdated and felt unclean. Bedding was the only good thing in that it seemed clean. The room had a sliding door that opened to knee high grass and weeds and the area around the hotel felt sketchy!! We had to sacrifice the cost of the room and I feel mislead by Expedia.
