Quiet, better than average breakfast, clean, and comfortable bed. Things are a bit outdated, however we enjoyed our stay. Loved having fresh avocado with my eggs and Chobani yogurt.

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel.... the breakfast that used to be fantastic has gone down in quality quite a bit since before covid.... everything else was fine, but i was looking forward to a nice breakfast to start my day.

Spent two nights here for graduation at UMass. A 15-20 minute drive to campus. Hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. Coffee and breakfast in the morning was helpful to get going! Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, if spartan. The restaurant was noisy and the food fair-good. The breakfast was ok. The facilities are somewhat isolated and a little shopworn. The water pressure was a bit low and the water in the shower lukewarm, in part because the shower valve could not be turned on in full. The bright spot was the staff. Friendly and courteous at the front desk and dining areas. Not a bad place for a night but on par with a Hampton Inn. Another good aspect, they do enforce the noise cutoff. Not great, but not bad.

I pre-paid for my stay; On arrival, I was charged a $50.00 hold which I was told would be reimbursed. The hold went on fast. I am yet to see the reimbursement. Upon exit, I was charged an additional $6 and change for a "spa fee". This is a sleazy way to get additional revenue. Just charge the total cost and don't make-up fees.
