The staff was friendly and helpful, they provided a nice treat for our dog. The accommodations for our dog were good. There was a nice area to walk her. Room was clean and very nice, good breakfast was provided in a nice area.

Jazzy and Jon at the front desk were absolutely Awesome!! So helpful and personable :) We were even toting along a new born and a few other small children and what a relief their hospitality was to us Breakfast was super yummy and stocked up so well, even with a robotics competition contenders filling up :) Great teamwork and care given! Thank you guys!

In general, it is a decent place with an OK breakfast. The regular rooms are a little cramped with an odd replacement for a closet. Our problem was with checking in, and the type of room we were initially given. Our reservation through Expedia was for "2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Bathtub", but the initial room was hearing accessible (not very useful when you have someone in a wheelchair). It took 2 more room changes to finally get us in the correct type of room while we had to keep listening to the desk clerk blame the problem on Expedia. I talked to the manager the next morning about this, and he offered to refund the first night (while still blaming Expedia). I had to do this through Expedia, and when I messaged Expedia, the rep couldn't get the hotel manager on the phone and verify the compensation. The only option ended up being $30 in Expedia bucks.

The air/heat blower was blowing cool air even when I had the heat on. There was no remote in my room for the tv, went downstairs to get one & that one didn’t work either. The mini refrigerator in the room hum’s loudly that I had to unplug it. Staff is nice.

Travel a ton. These were the hardest most uncomfortable beds we’ve been on in a long time. Food was bad and nothing was filled. The “cook” was rude. Front desk was nice. Not once did they change out towels, empty trash or just make sure we had toilet paper.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and it was awesome, only problem was the shower had hair in it and the body wash dispenser was empty. Other then that my stay was great.

Great stay overall!
The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Decent room overall - clean sheets, great shower and nice smelling soaps. the only thing I wish is that they had more comfortable beds and pillows. Pillows were rather flat and beds too firm for us. The hotel is in a great spot as well, with a beautiful view of trees if you get a back room.

This was the second time we stayed at Tru, and we will be back again next year. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Excellent place to stay for a very fair price!
