Aug 18, 2019Loved the view and staff was very nice. Improvement area: It would be more convenient if the gondola was open until 9:00pm. Closing at six makes it impossible to have dinner in Banff. However, shuffle service was good, just had wait 15 minutes.

Jul 27, 2019Most of the employees are young and from different countries. Very friendly and enjoyed talking to each one of them . Even the gondola employees always spoke to us and asked about our day.
