Recently renovated and professionally decorated, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for year round vacations in the best location of Mountain Village.
Coveted Village Garage parking included.

From our front porch of Kayenta, you can see smiles on faces as people board the lift to head up for all kinds of adventure.

Pillow top King mattress in Master, steam shower, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, seated dining for 9, ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The 2nd bedroom can sleep 4 with a queen bed and an oversized daybed with a single trundle bed underneath, perfect for growing families!
Our deck has seating overlooking the San Juan Mountains. The hot tub is just below our condo and the yard spills onto the "beach" of Chair 4, Village Express.

True Ski-in and Ski-out Luxury with Everything within Steps
There are quite a few listings out there which claim Ski-in/Ski-out. This beautiful, open, light-filled, extremely comfortable, luxury condo is the real deal. With a family where members start and end at different times and need easy access to return to a condo for a break or to catch-up on work e-mail or enjoy lunch, I have not seen a better "click-in"/"click-out" access to a mountain anywhere. Combine that with an easy walk to great bars, coffee shops, restaurants and gondola access to go in-Town. Hot tub just steps away, overlooking the slopes is a nice bonus. The view of the mountain and base of the main chairlift from the living area is always interesting and changing--whether watching the grooming cats do their thing at night or the lift open up early to bring up the mountain work force. Bedrooms and bathrooms are first class and the kitchen well stocked. Grill on the deck is perfect with easy access to the kitchen and dining room area. A very memorable ski vacation week. Will definitely come back again.

Great condo in amazing Mountain Village Core location
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and ideally situated condo in Mountain Village Core. Ski trail just steps out back door and super convenient to Village Express lift. Short walk to gondolas, restaurants and shops made this a perfect location. Condo and furnishings extremely comfortable, well maintained and stocked. Two large bedrooms and baths with comfortable living area overlooking slopes. Convenient ski lockers on lower level. Owner very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for skiing. The location can’t be beat - it’s right on lower boomerang, so you ski right to chair 4. Very clean and neat. Plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive and handled everyone seamlessly. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved: 1) Location! There is not a better ski in/ski out at the base. Great lift and slope side views from the unit. Easy, short walk to Mountain Village with shopping and restaurants. Easy free gondola ride to town for shopping and meals 2) Fully stocked kitchen 3) Plenty of towels for the whole stay 4) Communication with owner was awesome Did not love: 1) Age and condition of furnishings-mattresses were worn and uncomfortable. Living room furniture was worn and and stained 2) Cleanliness - trash under beds, chairs, and sofa. Dirty throw blankets on sofas and dirty dish drying mat in kitchen (housekeeping issue) 3) Both bathrooms were very cold with no extra heat source Overall takeaways: If location is your top priority, this is a perfect place for you!

Location!! The condo was just as described. The host was communicative and helpful. Being able to truly ski in and ski out right to lift #4 was highly convenient and now a must stay location for me and my family. i will always check for this condo's availability first before i ever book Telluride again. Also, being in Mountain Core is the best location to access all of its restaurants or the gondola to town! I highly recommend!

Great Mountain Village Location
You sure can't beat the location of this condo. We were a summer visitor, so lift access wasn't an issue, but I can see where this is absolutely great for winter visitors. We weren't sure what to expect of a ski resort during the summer. The amount of summer activities were a pleasant surprise. We thought we'd be using the convenient free gondola to go down to Telluride on most days, but ended up spending quite a bit of time sampling the many activities available in Mountain Village itself. This condo has everything you need for a great stay. The only thing we missed was a blender to make AM smoothies. The table on the deck was fine for our group of 4 to enjoy breakfast, but it would not accommodate larger groups. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. We thought the shower in the guest bedroom was nicer than the master bedroom shower, but both are good. I'd recommend this condo for any group where climbing a single flight of stairs does not present an access issue.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location at the top of Mountain Village is perfect! The views are amazing and the condo is so comfortable and well equipped! Makes for a great Telluride experience!! Our host Elizabeth was so helpful and responsive as well! Absolutely loved our time there!

Stayed here on a family ski trip with my spouse and two kids ages 7 and 10. The unit was even nicer and more spacious than it seemed from the pictures. Perfect location for skiing and taking the gondola to the grocery store and into town. Would stay here again.

FANTASTIC location!
This was a ladies' ski week for us. GREAT location, within easy walking distance to the base of chair 4. True ski-in/ski-out. Loved being able to just pop out for a few runs and then come back easily if desired. We felt that being at Mountain Village was the perfect location and the easy access on the gondolas to town were SUPER convenient. Loved having a covered parking spot. Be aware of the height limitation (6'8"). My Honda CRV with a Thule rocket box did not fit, but we just took the box off the car and stored it inside the car the whole time. Did the not move the car at all once we parked it. Did not need to! The condo itself is very comfortable and lovely. Loved having a fireplace and open family room area. The view seeing the slopes is wonderful! The hot tub is very close by (just down the back stairs) and is big and worked well. We definitely will be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

Condo is next to chairlift and 2 min walk to gondola. Perfect location to village restaurants and shops, which was awesome after a day of skiing. Kitchen was fully equipped for meals in and we loved the steam shower. I’d highly recommend renting anytime I’d year!
