"Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."

"Dissapointing exterior was very impressive but it was let down by a few things bad service at the bar, breakfast was poor and decor in the Bar Cafeteria with very little seating"
