“My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed here to attend my niece's high school graduation. After a very long, very trying flight in, the comfy beds were such a welcome sight. The beds were all made and ready to welcome us and those sheets! Oh, so buttery soft. We woke up in the morning and took a nice relaxing dip in the wonderful pool. The house has all the comforts of home and then some. There were condiments and spices ready to use. Everything was very clean, the beds very comfortable and this……

“Very nice property, clean home close to beach. Thoughtful owners have thought of additional things to make your stay easy from the welcome binder, to the pool, washer dryer, towels, a cooler and a few beach misc items like chairs and a wagon. TVs are in each bedroom and living room. Signs throughout to assist. We enjoyed the home, pool and location. Would stay again.”

“The interior was very nice. We liked that each of the 3 BR’s were en suite. Kitchen supplies were adequate. We found the pool chairs were poor at best. All 3 plastic Adirondack chairs had breaks in them. No lounger chairs. Also, found it interesting and dangerous that there is no handrail to get in and out of the pool. Also, since the rules state no glass at pool area ( makes sense) there should be some plastic cups available. We had to go buy some.”

“We had a great time at this house. Not too far from the beaches, grocery stores or farmers market. The pool at night is a really treat and the neighbors are charming and friendly.”

“We were so happy to be staying at this house! It was spotless and had everything we needed! The views were amazing from the third floor. Got plenty of sunset pictures from there! Property managers were attentive to any questions we asked! The Legacy Trail bike path was just a 2 miles ride away and allowed my husband to bike 41 miles almost everyday. The tiki bars and hot tub and fenced yard are a huge bonus and the pool will be ready soon! Highly recommend this house!”

“My friend and I stayed a week and loved every minute. We were surprised that Venice Beach was so close...less than 4 blocks. We liked the quiet and welcoming city. Met some great people. We didn't want a condo, so this was just right. It was clean which is most important.”

“The house is nice and the location couldnt be better. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a few issues with what we got with this house versus the money we paid to stay. We did have a great vacation. The issues are as follows Propane for grill was empty/grill uncleaned AC would not keep up no matter what, one of the rooms never got below 80 degrees The walk in master shower didn’t drain and we had to use the tub shower the whole time Minimal issues in the grand scheme but probably wouldn’t pay top……

“We stayed for 4 days and had a great time! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and the house was perfect for our family. The inside of the home is nicely updated and had enough supplies for everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice house. The hot tub could have been cleaner. We ended up having to go by a gas tank for the grill. The pots,pans and dishes are in need of an upgrade. It’s probably caused by the water but all cookware and glasses have white film on them. We thought it was soap residue from the dishwasher but soon learned we couldn’t scrub it off. There was only three coffee cups in the house. No chaise loungers by the pool.”
