LOCATION! Cute & Quiet Venice Villa 2 min walk to direct access to Golden Beach

Venice Villas is a condominium complex with several ground level one bedroom units. This condo is an end unit with lots of light with direct access to the beach within less than a two minute walk before your feet feel the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

The unit's door opens directly to a nice common garden and as soon as you turn right the beach will come to your view. (Please watch the 1 minute video - image #3 - to see the exact location.) The unit is ideally situated also with a 1 or 2 minute walk to our wonderful semi-Olympic size pool.

This unit has 1 over sized bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. There is a full closet as well. The kitchen has a range, an 18 inch (small size) dishwasher and fully equipped for extended stays.

Being built in the 1950's the bathroom is in the smaller side. While fully functional and with generous shelving for toiletries, if you need and wish a large shower and require plenty of space in the bathroom - please note this point.

It is approx. 75 minutes from Tampa Int'l Airport and accommodates ideally two or three people.

Free Wifi/internet access is available throughout the condo.

The location of the studio is midway between the fishing pier and downtown - both around 15 - 20 minute walks away. For those who are familiar with Venice - my favorite is strolling in downtown Venice or walking briskly on the beach 20 minutes to Sharky's (A beach side restaurant), watch the sunset with a margarita and walk back.

What do other's do? They search for historic shark teeth, sunbathe, swim or fish - right from the beach.

Venice is a short drive from Sarasota - another similarly affluent city with well developed arts scene, the Ringling Museum, Botanical Gardens and a variety of fine dining options... A quick online search can provide more details.

For those travelling overseas - Orlando (2 hrs), Naples (1 hr), Miami

(3 hr) are all great day trip options... St. Petersburg and Tampa can be reached within less than 90 minutes. For shoppers, in addition to local Venice boutiques, Ellenton Factory Outlet is also a short drive away (approx. 20 min.)

This is ultimately a "beach" place for those seeking serenity and enjoy Florida activities from fishing to fine dining...

Wonder place to stay.

Wonderful Venice Villas
My husband & I have been coming to this area for 31 years. The last 3 years we have been staying in Chucks condo. Chuck has a well maintained unit with all items necessary for the a wonderful stay at the beach. There is a very large pool, and, the beach is just at the end of the sidewalk. The location is close to everything. Chuck was easy to reach if needed and very responsive.

Location, location, location!
This was our first time in Venice Florida. The location is unbeatable. At the end of the Villas property, you have private access to Golden Beach which doesn't have public access. I don't think I saw over 30 people if you looked up and down the entire beach. You are a five minute drive to downtown Venice Avenue where you can find more restaurants than you can visit and tons of cool little shops. There was no reason to contact our host. The place was clean and had anything and everything we needed to basically live there for a week. It was 100% enjoyable and problem free. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Such a wonderful little spot!! The entire home was spotless. The private beach was amazing, hardly any people on it at any given time. WiFi was quick and allowed us to stream movies at night. The water was so clear, we spent the entire morning snorkeling with little schools of fish and collecting sand dollars & sea shells. Perfect set up for two to enjoy. Had everything we needed, even beach equipment that we forgot! Chuck was quick and informative when it came to check in. We will definitely be back for another secret getaway! Also- for those who don’t want to cook, check out Belkis Cuban Deli that’s about a mile down the road, we grabbed food from there and brought it back to that perfect little villa to enjoy! You won’t regret!

Private beach!!!
It’s pretty close to everything! The villas are in a private lot and everyone is friendly. Only a few steps away from the beach. This was my 2nd time here and I’ve never seen more than a dozen people on the beach where the property is located. It is very peaceful :) basics are available such as TP, pots&pans and more. We will always return when we take a trip to FL.

We LOVED this small ‘bungalow’. IT’s description and reviews are accurate. We will definitely stay here again. It’s exactly what we wanted. We were comfortable, private beach, quiet neighbors, excellent host, absolutely everything you’d want within the home to make your stay perfect. We wanted for nothing. My husband and I were quite comfortable but maybe one more person would be comfortable but not more, in my opinion.

Great space, superb location
Terrific visit to this Venice property, exactly as described in the listing and just a 1 minute walk to the ocean. Location of this property could not be better. There is also a very nice and clean pool if the ocean is choppy or too sunny on the beach. Apartment was quiet and well appointed, no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again.
