“The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, due to the large waves, it is not possible to swim in the sea. The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean. It's a bit far from the city center, taking approximately half an hour by taxi to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. Overall, the experience was decent.”

“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. Only 2 female and 1 male toilets for a restaurant serving over hundreds of guests. 2. Buggy are not frequent 3. No towel to borrow in water park 4. The Retreat located in the middle of nowhere and provide only two shuttle bus to city center and one shuttle bus back to Retreat. This is very un convenient. 4. “It is a pricey resort as compared to other 5 star resorts nearby but they gave us a wonderful experience! We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast tasted great with variety from both the buffet area and the included a la carte menu. ?Vy was very attentive remembering our drink preferences. The massages were top tier ( we were pleasantly surprised as we didn't expect much from package -included massages). All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Long from reception who was very informative and……
