The staff were amazing and so good with kids. The buffet was decent, but caters to mostly Korean and Chinese guests; limited western food. A little noisy at night from the loud music coming from the beach, but overall were nice for Vietnam standards.

Loved the rooftop bar and pool and the Banh Mi at the lobby lounge was delicious!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a 5 min walk to My Khe Beach where there are lots of good restaurants -- it fave was Esco Beach Bar and Restaurant. There is a big hotel bench built next door which creates a lot of construction rubble and garbage but other than that very happy with our stay.

Our anniversary stay

This time we stayed there for our wedding anniversary trip. I wanted to relax with my family, but the group from Korea was so noisy that I could not relax, especially when I was looking forward to breakfast.

Although located near the tail end of the beach hotels/resort stretch it is still rather near to most places where most activities take place at the beach and eateries along the way. Staff of Four Points are very friendly and helpful. Their hospitable attitude make guests feel most welcome
