“It was a perfect setting for a much needed getaway and rest. Very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy ourselves. Husband asked if we could stay a couple of extra days-after checking it was already booked. I told him that we would be back. Had a great time fishing off the dock and just hanging around. And added surprise was the gentleman that played the bagpipes every evening a little after 5pm.....Amazing Grace. I being slightly physically handicapped the stairs were a little...

“Our stay was very relaxing by this beautiful place by the lake. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. Enjoyed our visits with them. The place was super clean, quiet and beautiful. Can't wait to return for another stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great getaway.”

“The area itself was beautiful. It was a bit off the beaten path, but that's ok. The unit itself needed some maintenance work, but we were told that it would get done after we reported it. Also, clearer directions for entering and locking would have been helpful.”

“The hotel was great value, the best in the general area when I was searching. The room was very clean, and no problems with bugs, or any other general housekeeping issues. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk twice to ask about late arrivals (no one picked up), and the mattresses could be upgraded, mine were very firm. Otherwise it was an excellent stay for the price!”

“It’s a beautiful property. Comfortable bed. Room is very small: bed, refrigerator, tv, dresser, iron / iron board. No desk or chair. Some muggy smell but not something extreme. That did call me to offer me the Vacation Club but did not insist. Overall it’s good to just sleep and bathe. If you want to sit back you can do it in the porch or lobby area but not in your room unless you do it in bed. ”

“Hotel was very dated. Carpet was clean but super stained and faded. Bathroom shampoo and shower dispensers did not work at all. No commodities around sink. This was not worth the amount spent ”
