While the property was inexpensive, and convenient to the boardwalk, there was no phone in the room, and the propietors are only there for a few hours per day. This is a good place to stay if you are traveling alone, and staying a minimal amount of time, but that is about it.

Would absolutely stay here again. We just got home so it’s not “peak season” and the place was very quiet. Staff was very friendly, everything was clean. We did have to request comforters for the bed as they only had sheets, but we did receive nice clean warm fresh out of the dryer comforters to the room. A few quirks with the room, but no deal breakers. Would book again :) Thank you for the stay!

Very clean. Staff was very nice. Great distance from the boardwalk not a long walk ar all. The bed was comfortable the air conditioning was a little loud but it worked great.

Customer service was great but the room was not as clean as it should be. Bathroom floor was dirty. Shower had mold on the wall. The worst was the shower head was COVERED in mold. Otherwise it was okay. Wouldnt stay again though.

Had a problem with the 1st room which they upgraded which was a plus but alot of problems with the wifi. Recommend they put a bandwith cap on each client to avoid overuse

they have no overnight support, our toilet was blocked and flowed over but there was no response from the number left to call at night time

Front desk was super receptive and friendly. The room wasn’t made up with duvets at check in, and for one day there were not enough bath or face towels. But once requested, the items were quickly delivered. Very clean and so convenient to the beach. Great location.

The property has been renovated recently and it was very nice. One of our rooms AC had stopped working late in the evening in which was an inconvenience. The office was closed so the AC issue could not be rectified until the next morning. But I would stay there again.

The room was extremely dirty. The sheets had stains all over them as well as the extra comforters supplied. The floors were dirty and the clean towels supplied were stacked on the dirty floor. Despite the condition of the property and the cleanliness the lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite. I would not recommend staying at this property.

We were very disappointed with this property for the following reasons: the room was tiny (no closet, no desk). The WiFi was spotty and we were unable to use the TV without constant buffering issues. The bathroom/ shower and the location’s close proximity to the beach were the only positives.

2 blocks from boardwalk but tiny inconvenient room
Our room was extremely small, so small that even the entrance door could not be fully open. It had two beds and nothing else: not a chair nor a smallest dresser, it had barely enough space in a corner for our bags. Even that would be okay for a short stay but room had no wall hooks to hang any clothes. The room is advertised as "sleep 4" but it was terribly small and inconvenient even for 2 people. Small bathroom had a modern shower fixture but also not a single hook to hang towels or pieces of clothes. In total room just seemed unfinished and not ready to accept travelers. Hotel probably has different size rooms on second and third floors but we have mobility issues and could only stay in a room on the ground floor. A/C unit in such a small room was creating unbearable noise level. Fortunately in Sept we were able to keep it off at night and open the window but it's difficult to imagine somebody staying in this room during the hot season. Check-out time 10AM is earlier than standard and hotel's personnel refused to extend it for more than 30 min.

The front desk lady was very nice and enthusiastic and infomative about the area and specials. The only issue I had was the ice machine was broken but thats not a huge deal, and we also had to get out of the pool an hr earlier than what the sign in the office says. Besides that it was a nice stay with a nice lil balcony to relax. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Did not have towels in the room. Didnt have any hooks to hang the towels. Shower floor was slippery, had to put a towel in there. Otherwise, place was clean and check-in was easy.

Was absolutely terrible. We reserved a king bed. The room is a closet with the bed taking up 99% of it and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Maintenance said it needed to be sanded and the manager expected us to stay in the room while the door is sanded. The only other room they had was a double and HE CHARGED ME for the difference for a different room. No top lock just the handle so don’t bring kids who like to open the door as they can run right out into the street.
