First of all they advertise as a hotel with a balcony but than you can’t use it. Second, when I went to take the blankets off the bed to check there was so much dirt and hair underneath it was horrible. I had to go to Walmart to buy sheets and blankets. Third, our tv remote did not work and they never answered any time I called for any reason at all. Fourth, the ac in our room at least did not work. It was so hot and muggy and we couldn’t open the patio door to get any air. The room smelled bad and the ac they had spit white stuff out of it. The parking lot is filled with dirt and potholes. This hotel was worse than an actual motel. I will never stay here again. I’m glad we enjoyed our time out there but we only went back to the room to sleep literally we were out until 11pm at night. I never write reviews for anything at all but this one I had to

Amenities were missing like a way to contact lobby quickly(no phone in room), coffee maker in room but no cups, no kleenex, no alarm clock, a balcony with a note that says if you open it there's a $100 fine. The kiddy pool slide is unsafe, we scraped skin and saw a little girl chip her tooth.

This was not a vacation visit, my family and I were there for a family emergency, the price was right but the property was horrible, we were in building 5, how does an entire building ot have a working ice machine! The elevator was extremely dirty people were outside all day and night smoking everything!! It was a guy ridding around in a red van saying he works for the hotel but looked like he was on the prowl to kidnap someone!! Hated being there! You guys could do so much better! Make guest feel safe I felt like calling the police every time o came and went

Staff was excellent and the room was wonderful. Only problem was that the outdoor pools were closed and that was not stated anywhere when we booked. Otherwise, was an awesome place to stay, especially for the price.

We booked this hotel for a quick stay for our family vacation. All over the site it was saying how they have a pool and waterslides. After we booked it we were made aware that the hotel waterpark was closed during the week. No where on the site was this addressed... They did however have a sister hotel that we could use their waterpark. That's fine but that also involved taking our 2 year old out to another hotel when it wasn't that warm outside and leave the premise. The room was fine, I was personally not s fan of the laminate flooring as it made my feet cold and didn't feel clean. The pull out bed had stains that you could see THRU THE SHEETS!! Talk about gross, we were going to have our kid sleep on it but she ended up sleeping with us after seeing that. The mattress we slept on was def there for a lot of heats, my side had a huge divit when I slept. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They need to let the pool stay open later then 9 and open the pool on Sundays period that’s a must and the pool needs to open up earlier then 9:30 am and close later than 9:00pm that’s a must!

It was extremely run down. Couldn't open the patio door as there was a sign that stated property was under construction and you would be fined $100.00. it use to be a very nice place stay. The outside pool area was shut down and weeds galore. Very disappointed and requested a refund immediately. Went to another hotel.

Had an awesome experience and even got a free upgraded room. We had a pool view of the outdoor pool that wasn't open, very overgrown and had garbage outside. Looked very run down which was sad but has lots of potential

Check in was good. They said that there was a $10.00 fee. For using your service. Then a $50.00 charge for security deposit. Refundable after stay. The sink drained slow. We worked with it. Our dead bolt system. With the keyless entry system. Would not secure the door. Would not extend into the striker plate. On checkout day. While walking past other rooms that had the doors ajar. I could see, that striker plates were removed. Our room was clean, and presentable. No mini fridge. As shown in the site pictures. Site pictures are out of date. The grounds have been let go. Unattended. Grounds outside in general needs a good cleaning. My room number was 294. The pool outside my room was filled in with dirt. Room location was in the farthest end of the property. From the lobby. There was no vending machines on the first, and second floor. Did not check the third. The ice vending machines were nonfunctional. Had to walk almost to the lobby to find a working icemachine. Show quoted text Check in was good. Was informed that there was a $10.00 fee for using your service. Along with a $50.00 security deposit. Refundable after checkout. Online pictures of the property are out of date. My room at the farthest end from the lobby. No vending machines were found on the second, and first floors. No functional ice vending machines. Had to almost get to the lobby to find an ice vending machine that worked. The room we had was very spacious.. we could not find a luggage cart at check in or check out.. we stayed 2 days so it would have been nice to have the cart to help us with our things.

Staffs are helpful and nice... it needs a lots of fixing and maintenance the chairs and tables from the out door were ripped and torn some windows are broken
