I reserved 2 rooms in advance. Upon arrival I was told that they only had 1 room available. The staff was discussing their problems with other customers at the front desk in front of myself and other customers waiting to get checked in. I went for a drink at the bar. The young lady bartender was too busy having a personal conversation with other customers, also discussing the hotel problems with other customers with the customers are the bar. In my personal opinion, I understand that making friendly conversation is a good work practice but discussions about work issues should not be discussed with customers. Bad-rep. Work Ethic can be improved easily.
I appreciated the staff finding the 2 rooms that I had originally booked but both rooms had dog had on the sofa.
It's a nice establishment. I'm not sure why simple things become an issue. Good potential for improvement.
