One thing I liked the most was the great location to Climate Pledge Arena. The rooms were clean but the noise level outside our rooms were way too loud for me. There was no eating place inside the hotel which wasn’t the best situation for me. The 2 elevators were very slow and after a big event at the arena, it was quite difficult to get back up to our rooms. The parking garage elevators were just as slow so was pretty frustrating. Other than that, the staff was very nice and accommodating which made up for the other issues we encountered.
