“Parking was easy and secure. ”

“The property itself was overall clean, but there are definitely some areas for improvement. There is no hot tub as advertised and half of the lights in the pool area were out. The breakfast left something to be desired, food was not refilled when out, and it was difficult to find someone in the mornings for assistance. We stayed there for 3 nights and didn't see the housekeeping cart one time. We stayed in an accessible room because I have mobility issues but it would be impossible to……

“Nasty room - floors covered in crumbs, wash rags still in shower from last guest, smear left on toilet seat showed even the toilet hasn’t been cleaned. Tv didn’t work and they never came up to fix it. Breakfast was not put out either day. Such a thick coat of dust on the lobby that it looked abandoned. A/C was not working properly. No staff anywhere to be found besides the person in the kiosk screen who is not always there, although random people who live there will come out and stare at you and……
