“The property was nice and peaceful. It was nice to have the grill and firepit on the property.”

“Our family of 4 fit perfectly here. We had everything we needed and the host was so nice and responsive. We fished off the dock for a little catch and release, our youngest son loved it. Very quiet and secluded. Just what we were looking for.”

“We stayed two nights at this little slice of paradise. The property itself was private and well kept. We highly enjoyed the firepit area every night. I loved my mornings drinking coffee off the coverd back deck w a view of the pond. The pond itself had a small sand beach which was fun for the kids..along with paddle boards. The Yellow door cabin had everything you would need for a visit. The place was cute, comfortable and very clean. The air conditioner was beyond remarkable and grateful for……

“This cottage was the perfect retreat. It’s in a beautiful location, easy to get out and explore the local hiking trails. The outdoor patio and hot tub were amazing at night, very peaceful and quiet. Communication and instructions with the host were clear. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a lovely relaxing trip. Our main focus was hiking but due to a heatwave we had to switch to early morning walks and more relaxing. It was cooler in the evening and the hot tub was the perfect place to star gaze. The screened in porch was great for breakfast. Space is limited for gourmet meals but simple meals are very doable. The listing does note the bed is in the loft and you have to climb to it. This is true, but I’m a mobile 50 year old and was able to do it easily. My only negative……

“This was our second time staying here and we stayed for a full week. Fully enjoyed the time away from home. I did a lot of fishing and my wife did some crafting. Enjoyed a fire down by the lake with roasted hotdogs and s'mores. Grilled for dinner a couple of times also. Other nights we brought pre-prepared meals. It's a great getaway out away from the cities. Be prepared to relaxed and enjoy!”

“Great little getaway! If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing weekend this is definitely it. Pictures don’t do this place justice, and everything is extremely well taken care of and maintained. Make sure to bring your fishing pole and swimming gear, the clean pond is ideal for both. Traveled here with my wife and our two boys, 10yo and 5mo, and it was just right for us. We’ll be back, thanks for an amazing stay!”
