“Every thing is good ”

“Rooms were clean, beds were too soft and uncomfortable. No staff. Coffee and creamer, but no sugar and no stir sticks.”

“Breakfast menu was fresh and pleasant. Staff was accommodating to our needs. Really great staff!!”

“Convenient location to walk downtown or along the river. Limited food service during the spring.”

“Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. ”
