“There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come!
