“Very basic rooms, check in experience is completely automated but is not particularly clear. We had 2 rooms and it was fairly painful to get checked in properly.
Separately the high tech locks on the rooms don’t work as well as I think they’d hope.”

“Great location, excellent accommodation and in a beautiful building. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was very comfortable.
We were 2 nights mid week and experienced no noise at all. Really not sure if it would have got noisy at the weekend - such a sturdy, well built hotel not paper thin walls and windows like others!”
