The room was nice and clean, big enough for 4 of us, parking was plenty big enough. The staff that we saw were very lovely. Located in a nice area next to a Toby carvery and the racecourse. More toilet roll, tea, coffee etc in reception area if you run out to help yourself too. There double bed was hard and very uncomfortable so not a very good night's sleep.,there was some mould on the shower room ceiling/ around the windows. A botched up job on bathroom door where someone must of broke the door handle, there was only 2 plug sockets for a family room- none next to the bed unfortunately to charge phones.
