“Airport shuttle: the front desk employee gave wrong direction 3times under Intl. Calls (ask to go departure floor, insist terminal E for pick up even I clear instruct at C. And keep saying is grey Mercedes (they're so many same cars at shuttle pick up points). Front desk: after we arrived and ask for breakfast time (which price included), she replied no breakfast included only weekend has. However nx morning, another senior employee mentioned do have breakfast. At night, there's no hot water……

“It’s ok. This property is not well maintained like other Woodsprings I’ve stayed at. Staff is very helpful and accommodating which I appreciated.”

The staff was always ready to do what it took to meet my needs. After the last stay my daughter had forgotten a package and the staff spent a lot of time and effort locating it so I could get it back to her.”

“I enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and understanding. The room had a very potent smell. I found a few bugs in the bathroom along with a few items left from the last customer. I dont want to make a big deal about anything because life is to short to sweat the small things. Just boost your cleaning rituals and find the smell. I appreciate your friendly and understanding of your staff.. I feel like the staff are underrated.. they all need to be recognized.”
