“The place is beautiful inside and out! I loved the decor of my suite and the inroom jacuzzi. What was missing was the attendant who checked me in didn’t introduce me to the grounds. The water was too hot for the jacuzzi and I had to wait about 30min before barely being able to handle it. (The cold water turned hot)Maybe they need to adjust the settings of the water heater. Also there’s no refrigerator in the room and no ice machine (this is very inconvenient in this Texas Heat) I brought an ice……

“Beautiful and well kept historic home! The owner and chef were extremely courteous and welcoming...we couldn’t have felt more welcome! The room and common areas were clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I only regret that we couldn’t finish the generous portions.
