“Very clean! But the area is to noise”

“Everything was great about the stay, nothing to complain! The check in was super easy; the host coordinated with me on my arrival time and was available to show me around the property, give me dinner recommendations etc. The room was cozy and clean. My rental car was parked in front of the property during the nights and it was completely safe. It's in a quiet block (don't mistake "quiet" for "shady"!), but also very close to all the restaurants and the beach. Most importantly, I traveled solo,……

“Nothing good to say here!!! I booked a stay and the owner cancelled the reservation because of maintenance being done. I cancelled that and booked it for the next week. Only to find out later that he refuses to refund my initial booking. Even though he cancelled it and it was cancelled not even an hour after i booked it. “The place was amazing, and everything was really close by. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not the best because we didn’t have the QR code to enter the property, and we spent about three hours trying to get into our unit. The jacuzzi also wasn’t working, which was disappointing. However, after that, everything was okay overall. It’s a highly secure place to stay in Punta Cana. ”
