“Arrived , temp. was 91 degrees. Lobby doors were open, No AC in the lobby, just fans running. I asked for a handicapped room & 1st floor, they didn't have any handicapped rooms. They tried to stick me on the 2nd floor, I told them I wanted the 1st floor. They put me on the first floor, showed me a map of the property, where to park, enter the building.
