“Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Good stay.”

“I dont like the non person registration. I would like a real person behind the desk The fan in our bathroom was making noise all night . Room was clean. Breakfast was not up to the standards of other motels we have stayed in.”

“They were in the middle of cleaning the entire place. Staff was very kind and helpful. Extra coffee for the single serve was a huge plus. Pillows were awesome.”

“Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast was good.”

“Hotel was clean and pool and hot tub were maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The only issue we had was when we went to shut the room darkening shade there was none so we had lights coming in all night. They did have a nice maintenance card that I completed and left when we checked out.”

“The room was not clean. Broken curtains and rods. Crooked lamp shades. Not clean looking at all. Not nice bedding and untidy. No housekeeping. Had to use all wet towels the second day nor did they tidy up the bed. Breakfast was not good. I will not recommend or go back there. Could not understand people working the desk. I most likely would have left but the cost was not refundable. I would not expect this at a Best Western.”

“其实酒店还是不错的，美国酒店通常的配置都有，King床很舒服，甚至还有冰箱、微波炉，很好，前台也很热情！只是第一次出国，美国酒店居然都没有拖鞋、没有可饮用的热水，而淋浴头也不能取下，稍稍感觉有些不习惯。”

“Coffee and breakfast areas were very well appointed and stocked.”

“一切都很好 ”

“Building is a little run down.”

“Excellent”

“My family and I were in the area for a cross-country event. Our suite was clean and spacious with two bathrooms. My kids had fun swimming in their large pool. My only complaint really is that there was not much of a selection for the continental breakfast. Just cereal and waffles, but their a KwikTrip across the street with great selections. If your in the area try Tulum mexican restaurant. Lots of food for a fair price.”

“I liked that they have a pool. I didn’t like that the pool was closed down. I rented that room so my grandchildren could go swimming. They were all ready to swim and disappointment on their faces almost made me cry. They should have their advertising state that the pool is closed. I paid good money to swim and sleep and to have this happen, a real disappointment!!”

“Did not receive the room that I booked through website. Booked two beds and only received one. Room was also handicap accessible which had bench in tub so was not able to use the tub after a long day of driving. The breakfast was just blah and definitely nothing special. Whirlpool would turn off it seemed after 5 minutes and it was extremely annoying to have to get out so often to turn back on. Room was hot on first arrival and took about 2 hours to come down to temperature and the carpet……

“Budget friendly”

“Safe and comfortable.”

“Room floor was very dirty, turning the bottoms of my feet black with only minutes of walking in the room. Bathroom had no fan and was very rusty. The whole room had an awful smell from something cooked in the room previously. Could hear guests in other rooms very easily, AC unit let in water when raining.”
