“We did not have a good experience at this hotel. We booked a double room and when we pulled back the covers and got into one of the beds, it was wet. Took of the sheets and found out the bed was soaked in urine from the previous guests. I complained to the desk clerk and they couldn't move us because the only available room hadn't been cleaned (why?). So, we crammed into the one clean bed to make it through our one night stay. When I complained again to the morning desk clerk, he said that he……
