“Staff was very good. Property was under construction so had some messy areas. Pool was well maintained and the kids had a great time swimming. In room sofa bed was not comfortable but housekeeping brought more bedding to make it doable. Elevator were on and off due to mechanical repairs but front desk directed us to service elevator which served our needs. Service in all departments made up for other shortcomings. We would stay there again.”

“Pool was not as clean as it should be for a property of this type. Pool water in the hot tub and main pool was cloudy and smelled dirty. Found several clumps of hair floating around in the water. Air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as it should. Room never cooled below 74 especially while sleeping. Room temperature is critical when spending several hours outside wagering on the horse races. Casino didn’t properly purify the air resulting in poor air quality for the gamblers. Didn’t offer……

“Hotel is clean and comfy, although it is a little bit old. Room is large and quiet. Front desk service is quick and friendly. You can find some decent restaurants nearby.”

“This was a great place for what we needed. Very clean and staff was respectful. Only thing I will say was the market was not fully stocked but aside from that everything was great.”
