“Disappointing Stay — Not Well Maintained or Worth the Price
Unfortunately, our stay at Tanglwood Resort was disappointing. The condo was run-down, poorly maintained, and not clean; we found dust, crumbs, and dirt throughout the unit.
The resort also appeared to cut costs at guests’ expense. Despite having a kitchen, the condo provided only a tiny sponge, a small refillable bottle of dish soap, and no basic staples. After asking, we received fewer than five packets each of salt and pepper for a……
“Really unique, eclectic, charming hotel. It's old school and we enjoyed it. If you've stayed at the old hotels on Block Island you can relate. Convenient to a back way into Bethel Woods (15 minutes or so- country roads), and they have a shuttle as well. We met a wonderful group of fellow concert goers at breakfast. Continental breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Town is about a 10 minutes drive with dining and shopping.”

“We booked our “baby moon” spontaneously, the morning of our trip, after randomly finding the Inn at Tyler Hill on Expedia. We had ZERO knowledge about what to expect, but knew we needed to get away for the weekend and relax. We did not realize that it would be an absolutely PERFECT experience. We stayed in the Elvis room and had our own separate entrance apart from the main house. Nights were quiet, and the room was spotless!
