“Great location! It is an older timeshare. So, the exterior of the buildings could use some maintenance. The interior was fine. Everything you needed, just a little dated. The kitchen is convenient for breakfast and any other meals you might want to make instead of going out to eat. The location is very convenient. You can walk to the docks to rent a boat. Several restaurants are within a 5 min drive, as is a beer distributor and an IGA grocery store. The Promised Land SP is a short 10-15……

“We experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including: * Hair in the shower when we arrived. * The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up while showering. * The wall around the air conditioner was wet, suggesting a leak or moisture problem. * There was visible deterioration behind the wall/baseboard with exposed debris and damaged materials. * The carpet was stained and appeared dirty. I reported these issues to the hotel, but no one apologized or made a meaningful……

“I will definitely be back The woman that checked me in was lovely. I would like to know her name so I can send her a gift. I had come over for a Stephen Marley concert and had I not had to work the next day. I would’ve stayed till normal checkout time but unfortunately I had to leave very early.”

“It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying”

“The entire place was beautiful. Our room was very nice. We could sit on the balcony and watch the golfers. Everything was clean, quiet, and updated. I would recommend this place highly.”
