Patricia at the front desk was incredible. She went above and beyond to see we had a memorable personalized experience. The locale was gorgeous, especially from the terrace beside the restaurant. The amenities were great, with free cocktail/mocktail nightly, and other options available (including wine and s’mores! at their sister properties. Also, there was a $28 breakfast credit at the sister properties. The room was comfortable, if basic. But the lobby space was fabulous with comfortable overstuffed chairs, games, a snack table, and (I think) a fireplace! The service and food quality at the restaurant were mid.

The rooms are by far the smallest I've stayed in since a micro-boutique hotel in DC. The place tries hard but is hardly worth the premium rate that they charge by at least $100.
Parking and property access is a mess.
They sent us to Settler's Inn in Hawley for breakfast. Nice place - staying there next time.
The location is magnificent. Trickling waterfalls with a babbling brook below. Nice bar and outdoor space as well. No breakfast onsite and beds were not that comfortable.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We had a spiral staircase room and the views and comfort level of the room was next level. We will definitely be back. The food was delicious here too and you could see the beauty of the falls from the restaurant and bar. 10/10 book this place for your next getaway!
Overall, our three night stay at the Ledges was excellent. My ONLY reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5 rating was the fact that the room itself was quite small, with no dresser for clothes, etc. However, the hotel itself with the restaurant and outdoor decks overlooking the waterfalls was very nice. Also the daily activities (wine tasting, s'mores, etc.) that were included with the other two sister properties (Silver Birches and Settlers Inn) made it a very enjoyable stay. Staff at all three properties were very friendly and helpful. And there are plenty of outdoor hiking and other activities in the area, such that our hotel room was really just for sleeping. If I could have rated it a 4.8 I would have.
Recommend visiting Three Hammers Winery nearby.
Really a fantastic place. Extremely friendly staff that goes out of their way to may your stay enjoyable. Loved the views and waking up to the sound of the cascading waterfall, the large common room with a fireplace and balconies over the stream. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting. The Lounge area and fireplace were perfect for a winter stay. The history of the building gave it an extra layer of interest. The rooms were unique, a nice mix of modern industrial and comfort. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, loved the view of the snowy waterfall. We’d love to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor decks.
Nice location to enjoy Hawley, PA. Quaint hotel situated in an old mill like building with ambiance. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail/mocktail hour in the bar and the cozy lobby with fireplace and nice atmosphere. Beautiful backyard right on the falls. Very clean room and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay!
The view were amazing and the place was quaint and nice. My only complaint was that the bed was very hard and I had a hard time sleeping. Maybe it was just our bed? The place was very clean and service was excellent.
We stayed here for our Anniversary weekend. It was a beautiful and peaceful place. The food at glass was wonderful as was the staff , especially front desk.
