“The staff here are phenomenal. Phenomenal. When we arrived, we were having trouble with our WiFi. Renata and Bela could not have been more helpful, thorough, and accommodating. In my experience at most hotels, if you have a problem with the internet, the staff usually kind of shrug. Not Renata and Bela. They swung into action identifying the problem and then ended up moving us to be to a closer router. They really went above and beyond in my estimation and saved what could have been a……

“Check in was so easy and even check out with the keys at the car park roller door.
Unit was lovely, fantastic view, loved looking at the beach from bed.
Management were lovely and would see how our stay was. Have now made it a short yearly Australian day weekend stay. ”
